I feel renewed! What started as nothing became a glimmer of hope... I've found meaning again.

Hadas Kiros, a resident of Selewa in Southern Tigray, lost her livestock during the war, which was her primary source of income. Displaced and without means, she struggled to support her family.

Through the Daughter of Charity's Livelihood program, Hadas received psychosocial support to help process her trauma. She was also granted a livelihood startup fund.

With this grant, she purchased sheep and goats. Today, she is rebuilding her herd and her life. "I feel renewed," she says. "What started as nothing became a glimmer of hope. I've found meaning again."
