Zanta Alem is a 14-year-old girl from Edaga Hamus. She was forced to drop out of school due to a severe eye infection and hunger.

Identified by community workers, she was referred to the St. Louise Eye Clinic. There, she received treatment and glasses. The program also provided her with scholastic materials and food support.

Now, Zanta is back in 8th grade. "Your invaluable support has not only restored my vision but also erased my worries," she told the staff.
